Welcome to the BMOA site.
Burke Mountain Owners Association (BMOA) is a representative owners association for all land and property owners who have purchased land on Burke Mountain. The organization is responsible for conducting annual owners meetings, managing the common business affairs of the membership, and compliance with the Covenants and Restrictions.
From this site we intend to share information relevant to home and land owners as pertains to our work in protecting Burke Mountain’s Covenants and Restrictions. Here we will announce scheduled meetings, post meeting minutes, provide information via blog link on current activities, and share pertinent updates to condo, single family home and land owners.

All Burke property owners are invited and encouraged to attend the annual meeting of the Burke Mountain Owners Association (BMOA) to be held over virtual Zoom Meeting Monday, January 24, 2022.
